Commercial inputs
Provide approved labor and material rates, preferred products or systems, markup assumptions and any required price format when those are customer decisions. We do not invent your internal rates or bid strategy.
When information is missing
Tell us what is incomplete. An absent finish schedule, conflicting plan note or unclear substrate can change the scope. We identify the gap before accepting a fixed estimate, rather than burying a guess inside a final number.
