What do I need to send for a drywall estimate?

Floor plans with wall tags, the wall type legend, reflected ceiling plans, sections, the relevant specification sections and all addenda. A priced estimate also needs the labor and material rates you approve.

Do you check whether wall assemblies meet the required fire rating?

No. We measure assemblies as drawn and specified. Rating conflicts we see are listed as open questions for your team and the design team to resolve.

Can I get stud and board quantities without pricing?

Yes. A takeoff-only order gives you quantities by wall type, and your team applies its own pricing.
