What do I need to send for a flooring estimate?

Finish plans, the room finish schedule, flooring specification sections, related details and all addenda. For pricing, also send your rates and the waste factors you want applied.

How are waste and pattern allowances handled?

Measured quantities are reported separately from waste. You set or approve the waste factors, so both net and priced quantities are visible.

Is floor preparation included?

Preparation the documents show, such as leveling or patching, is listed as its own line. Conditions that need testing or a field check are listed as open questions.
