What do I need to send for a ceiling estimate?

Reflected ceiling plans, the ceiling specification sections, sections and details at height changes and all addenda. A priced estimate also needs the labor and material rates you approve.

Are gypsum board ceilings and soffits included?

Only if you ask. Gypsum board ceilings are often carried by the drywall trade, so we confirm the split with you during scope review.

Do you design seismic bracing for the grid?

No. We measure what the documents show and list missing bracing requirements as open questions for your team and the design team.
