What we check
Your bid requirements, organized.
The package holds a requirements matrix, required forms, pricing schedules and a narrative drafted from facts you approve. In an RFP, the owner weighs price with stated factors such as approach, schedule and qualifications and may hold discussions. Your team approves, signs and submits. We confirm fit and a fixed quote after reviewing the solicitation.

Questions
About RFP proposals.
What is the difference between an RFP and a sealed bid?
A sealed bid is evaluated without discussions and awarded to the responsible bidder whose conforming bid is most advantageous on price and price-related factors. An RFP describes evaluation factors beyond price, and the owner may hold discussions before award. Federal rules for each are in FAR Parts 14 and 15.
What do you need from our team?
The RFP and addenda, approved company facts, resumes, project references, your pricing and the name of your authorized signer. Your team approves every fact, price and commitment in the response.
Can you write about projects or credentials we do not have?
No. The response uses only facts your company provides and approves. Gaps are flagged so your team can decide how to address them.
