Terms for working with Bidmere.

Sending the quote form asks Bidmere to review a project. It does not create a service agreement, start work, reserve a delivery date or authorize payment.

Before any work starts, Bidmere confirms the scope and fees with you in writing. Work begins only after you accept. A starting price is not an offer to do every project at that amount.

Bidmere prepares estimates and bid materials for your review. You approve the numbers and the documents, you sign them and you submit them. Bidmere does not sign or submit on your behalf.

Bidmere makes no promise that a bid or proposal will be awarded. Awards are decided by the owner or the contracting party.
