Do you visit the site or verify existing surfaces?
No. The estimate is prepared from the documents you provide. Conditions that need field verification are listed as assumptions or open questions for your team to confirm.
Can exterior and high-performance coatings be included?
Yes, when the plans and specifications define the surfaces and the coating system for each. Interior, exterior and high-performance systems are priced as separate lines so you can see each one.
