What affects the final price?

The number of documents, complexity, information available, required level of detail and deadline. We review these before giving you a fixed quote, so you know what the price covers.

Can you help with a smaller piece of the bid?

Yes. Bid forms, qualifications packages, subcontractor proposals and bid leveling are quoted to the work involved. The US$1,500 starting fee is for substantial bid and proposal packages.

Is an estimate included in a bid package?

Estimating is scoped separately when needed. Proposal preparation organizes your approved pricing; measuring quantities and preparing a cost estimate are separate work. Tell us if you need both. Overlapping work is not charged twice.

Do I pay when I request a quote?

No payment is collected through this site. Start with a short inquiry. We confirm the scope, price and timing before any work begins.
