The quote form asks for your name, work email, company, project type, trade, a deadline if you have one and a short summary of the work. The form does not accept files or payment. Please leave confidential documents, private rates and personal identifiers out of the summary.

Each request is stored with Cloudflare, in a D1 database, and emailed to the Bidmere operator. We use it to review the request and reply to you by email. To limit repeated submissions, the form also uses a salted, one-way hash of the visitor's network address instead of the address itself.

Public marketing pages use Alli AI to load search optimizations that we review and approve. Its widget requests optimization data using the public page address, site hostname and page language; the provider also receives the network information associated with those requests. The widget may set a short-lived cookie to record its availability. It is excluded from the quote form and private operator and API routes. Fonts are served by Bidmere. This site does not accept document uploads or payments, and it does not display ads.
