Mechanical plans, sections, equipment and air device schedules, specification sections and all addenda. A priced estimate also needs your labor units or rates and material or fabrication pricing.

Do you measure duct by length or by weight?

Either. Tell us how your shop prices sheet metal, and the takeoff is organized by size and length or by gauge and weight to match.

Is equipment sizing or selection included?

No. We count and price the equipment the schedules list. Sizing, substitutions and performance questions belong to your team and the design engineer.
