Plumbing plans, riser diagrams, fixture and equipment schedules, specification sections and all addenda. A priced estimate also needs your labor units or rates and material pricing.

How are fittings handled?

You choose. Fittings can be counted by type and size or carried as an allowance on pipe, and the method used is stated in the assumptions.

Where does the plumbing scope stop at the site?

Where your documents and scope put the point of connection. We confirm the split during scope review and list unclear boundaries as open questions.
