What do I need to send for a sitework estimate?

Civil grading, paving and utility plans, the geotechnical report, the earthwork and paving specification sections and all addenda. Surface files help when available, and a priced estimate also needs your equipment, labor and material rates.

How are shrink and swell handled?

Measured bank volumes are reported first. The shrink or swell factors you approve are applied separately, so the adjustment stays visible.

Do you visit the site or check existing grades?

No. Existing grades come from the survey and plans you provide. Differences that need a field check are listed as open questions for your team.
