What we check

Your bid requirements, organized.

The package holds the bulletin or proposal request, a scope narrative, priced backup by line, subcontractor quotes and the schedule effect. We track notice deadlines from the contract terms you give us. Your team approves the prices, markup and position, then signs and sends. We confirm fit and a fixed quote after reviewing the change documents.

  • Bulletin, proposal request or directive, and the sheets it revises
  • Added and deleted scope, shown as separate lines
  • Backup for each priced line, with its source
  • Subcontractor quotes received and still open
  • Schedule effect stated for each change

Questions

About change order proposals.

How is this different from change order pricing?

Change order pricing is the estimate: quantities and cost for the revision. A change order proposal is the package around that number, including the notice, the narrative, the backup and the deadline tracking. Many changes need both.

Why does notice timing matter?

Some contracts set a period for asserting a right to an adjustment. The standard federal changes clause, for example, limits adjustment for costs incurred before notice in some cases. Your own contract controls, so we track the dates you identify and do not interpret them.

Do you give legal advice on entitlement?

No. We organize the backup and the response. Entitlement, claims and contract interpretation are for your team and your counsel, and your team signs and sends everything.

Send the solicitation details.

We confirm availability, scope, price and timing before any work begins.
